HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Returns and Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

  1. Damaged Packages:

    • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
    • For packages that are delivered and found to be damaged upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the damaged item(s).
  2. Size Exchanges:

    • We want you to be happy with the fit of your clothing. If you received an item and it doesn't fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
    • To initiate a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached and not worn or washed.
    • We will provide you with a return shipping label for the exchange. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship out the replacement size as soon as possible.
  3. Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in unworn, unwashed condition.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are outside the specified timeframe.
  4. Stolen Packages:

    • We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but subsequently stolen or misplaced. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or opting for shipping insurance for added protection.
  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be issued for damaged items that cannot be replaced or for size exchanges if the requested size is unavailable.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
